We work from home, will do our best to give you quick response, we only sleep for 7 or 8 hours a day so all the rest of hours will be focus on you 🙂

PAYMENT

Thank you for considering us for your bookings! To secure your reservation, we kindly require a 30% non-refundable deposit. For flight bookings, the full payment is required upfront, while for accommodations, a non-refundable payment equivalent to one night’s stay is necessary. Rest assured, you’ll promptly receive a receipt for your payment from our agents.

To streamline the process, we ask that the down payment be settled within fourteen days of receiving the invoice. Please note that reservations will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not received by the due date, as per our policy at PT. Perjalan Wisata Komodo Flores. 

For your convenience, payments can be made via PayPal or international bank transfer, with any associated bank charges borne by the client. The remaining balance must be settled fourteen days prior to the start of your trip.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • Cancel by customer
  • Up to 30 days there is No Cancelation fee
  • From 14 days to the start day : 50%  of the order prices
  • From 4  days  to the start day : 100% off the order prices
  • The flight & the hotel will be depend on the the agent’s rules. And this is will be inform to you by email.
